spilkin gin business plan
This was my deep dive into the startup world! I took a new business idea and brought it to life by designing a comprehensive, investor-ready business plan. I went beyond theory to map out the entire operation: crafting the core vision, hand-selecting the management team, crushing the competitive analysis, and most importantly, building the financial forecasts to prove it’s profitable. Think of it as the ultimate blueprint for launch.

spilkin gin
I chose to base this business plan on Spilkin Gin, a premium, conceptual beverage I initially developed in 2024 for the MCC Label Competition. This provided the perfect foundation for the project, as the gin concept was already rich with creative elements ,a unique flavor profile and a distinct brand identity ,but lacked the rigorous strategic and financial framework needed for a real-world launch. Using Spilkin Gin allowed me to blend creative design thinking with hard business logic, moving the idea from a portfolio piece to a comprehensive investor-ready venture blueprint.
